Points of Interest
  • Johnnycake Locke, or Locke No. 27, located in Everett Village sports the only covered bridge remaining inside Summit county.   
  • Edgewater Park is divided into two sections - an upper and lower area - that are connected by a bicycle path.  The upper level has a renovated pavilion and the lower area has a swimming beach, concession facilities, picnic shelters, boat ramps and fishing piers.  
  • Gordon Park, located on the Cleveland Lakefront, has six boating ramps and an on-shore fishing facility.
  • Cleveland Botanical Garden founded in 1930 contains more than 3000 trees, shrubs and plants on 7.5 acres of landscaped ground search www.cbgarden.org 
  • The Western Reserve Historical Society was founded in 1867 to preserve the history of the people of northwest Ohio.  It is the largest privately supported historical society in the nation  - for more information search www.wrhs.org
